- Efficiently pick and pack products according to order specifications and manifests.
- Accurately read and interpret shipping manifests to verify order contents and ensure correct item selection.
- Inspect items for quality and completeness before packing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety and handling procedures to minimize damage and ensure product integrity.
- Communicate effectively with team members and report any discrepancies or issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a pick and pack role, with advanced knowledge of warehouse operations.
- Ability to read and understand shipping manifests and order documents.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
