**About The Role**

We are seeking an experiencedMembership Coordinatorto join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to members and customers. You will act as the voice of our members and customers within the organisation, ensuring service levels are being met across all customer touch points.

**In This role, You Will Be Accountable For**:

- Delivering exceptional and professional service to members
- Maintaining a sound understanding of membership business rules, FSMA Membership Constitution, Privacy regulations and Corporations Act
- Regular tracking and reporting on member and customer enquiries and trends
- Developing and reviewing membership policies and procedures
- Developing and maintaining positive and professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Actively providing input to key business units and frontline teams to ensure quality outcomes for members and customers

**About You**

You will have well developed communication and interpersonal skills, be thoughtful and organised in your approach, and have the ability to make every customer interaction a positive one.

**Your Experience, Skills & Attributes**
- 3+ years of experience in a similar customer experience role
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
- Customer focused outlook with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively handle confidential/sensitive information, issues, or situations.
- Ability to create and manage relationships
- Experience in a membership organisation (advantageous)
