**Description**:
BallyCara is searching for a friendly and talented Barista to join the team at Scarborough

Our Cafe is situated in the lush gardens of our Residential facility located in Scarborough with views of the pool and beautiful gardens that surround it.

At BallyCara we take your safety very seriously, it is important that you will adhere to our workplace health and safety procedures. You will also have the ability to work unsupervised and take on physically demanding tasks.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**As our next Barista, you will**:

- Preferably you have experience as a Barista, with the ability to make hot and cold drinks to order
- Experience with POS, opening, and closing procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times to our clients
- Be happy and friendly while also courteous and professional at all times to staff, clients, and their guests
- Ensure the appropriate Food, Health, & Safety requirements are being followed
- Work a variety of shifts over weekends, and across the week. The more availability you have, the more shifts we can give you.

**What we are looking for**:

- A passion for both customer service and coffee
- A happy positive person who loves to come to work each day
- A team player who is also capable of working independently
- Experience in a similar role is desired
- A cover letter introducing yourself
- A current CV/resume (with the contact details for a minimum of two professional references)
