**The role**:
As an Assistant Store Manager you will bring the joy to eye care by living the brand's values, leading a team in partnership with the Store Manager and Optometrist to provide outstanding customer experiences and constantly improving your store.
- Assistant Store Manager - Paddington location
- Lead a service culture across your team
- Ensure rostering, inventory management & visual merchandising is completed to company standard
