Casual/Part-time/ABN
Broker Support required for an established boutique Mortgage Broking Business in Dianella. You will work alongside the mortgage broker assisting with a variety of admin-based tasks. This is a varied role that requires strong communication skills.
The Role:
- Assisting the broker at all stages of the loan process.
- Ordering of valuations.
- Accurate data entry into broker CRM.
- Record keeping and compliance.
- Continuing the ongoing relationship with clients.
- Day to day ad hoc admin tasks as required.
Experience in the finance industry is essential.
You will have strong attention to detail and be passionate about providing excellent customer service.
The role is a casual position, with a minimum of 15 hours per week across 2/3 days, and is suited to working from home. We can be flexible to fit around school hours as required. Occasionally there will be a requirement to support the broker at seminars in the evening so living close to Perth, Western Australia is a requirement.
For the right applicant this role could transition to being a mortgage broker/loan writer.
Would also consider an ABN contractor structure, please get in touch to discuss. Remuneration will be in line with experience to the role.
