Medical Receptionist

Great opportunity for a Medical Receptionist to join our medical practice.

We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and professional Medical Receptionist to join our team.

The successful applicant will work alongside our team in the important role as the first point of contact for our patients and ensure the smooth operations of all daily reception tasks.
- _Prior experience with Best Practice software or similar medical billing software_
- _Processing of Medicare and DVA claims, workers' compensation claims, and all private billings_
- _Ability to multi-task and perform appropriately under pressure with attention to detail_
- _Flexibility in working hours/shifts and reliability_
- _Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team_
- _Have excellent computer skills_
- _Excellent customer service skills and effective interpersonal skills_
- _Experience in liaising with doctors, staff, allied health professionals, and patients on a daily basis_
- _Answering phones, managing appointment bookings, greeting patients, billing, scanning incoming mail, patient reminders, and general reception duties._
