Roles and responsibilities:
Responsible for global collection of past due invoices across multiple
- Save bank statements from all banks on SharePoint.
- Follow up with customers for any missing remittance advice or discrepancies.
- Identify and work to resolve all unapplied or unidentified payments.
- Should possess good knowledge of order to cash function.
- Ability to handle and prioritize month/Quarter end closing.
- Good interpersonal & conversation skills.
- Should be flexible and proficient in multi-tasking.
- Support team partially on other activities like ad-hoc and reporting activities.
- Excellent MS-Excel & MS Office skills.

Job Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or equivalent credit/AR experience field
- Understands the importance of accurate accounting for customer invoices and statements.
- Highly organized, strong time management, and detail orientated.
- Knowledge of international credit and collections regulations
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to pivot and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion and commitment to personal, team, and company success
- An ability to work independently, use critical thinking skills and recognize when to escalate issues.
