**About the role**:
We are currently recruiting for a **Care Coordinator** to join our Oxley team on a **full-time**permanent basis, principally working **Monday to Friday shifts.**

**About you**:

- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 5 years of experience in aged care
- At least two years’ experience in a similar role
- Exceptional leadership capability
- A passion for and experience in the aged care sector
- Demonstrable understanding of the complexity of the residential aged care regulatory environment
