**The Role**:
As a Support Worker in Mindarie, WA, you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities, including showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, medication monitoring, shopping, meal preparation, housekeeping, respite care, social support, and transportation to appointments.

**A great opportunity to pick up regular shifts.**

**This client requires support with domestic assistance and companion care. There are 70 hours in total available for these clients (they are a married couple) so we would like to split the shifts between 2 carers. The shifts are every day including weekends from 7am-1pm and then again at 4.30pm-8.30pm.**

**We re happy to accept a carer for the morning and another for the evening or we can split the week up. One carer does Monday to Thursday and the other does Froday to Sunday.**

**We require carers that are trained in caring for clients affected by Dementia.**

**Please not there is some cooking required and we are looking for someone who enjoys cooking fresh food.**

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Clearance Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- Smartphone
- Must be trained in caring for those affected by Dementia
- Must enjoy cooking fresh food
- Must be available for at least half of the above shifts listed under 'The role'
