**Best & Less** has an exciting career opportunity for a Full-Time Team Member to join our passionate and supportive team exclusively at our Floreat store in Western Australia. This role offers **38 hours per week**, providing stability and growth in your retail career.

**Your day will consist of**:

- Receiving stock
- Visual Merchandising
- Picking & packing individual customer orders
- Administration
- Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers
- Bringing the 'Bestie' culture to life through an environment of fun & teamwork
- Ensuring the store is tidy and well presented

Hours for the position will primarily be Monday-Friday, however availability for weekend shifts would be favourable.

**About you**:

- Previous retail experience, including Visual Merchandising.
- Passionate about the customer experience
- Have a positive attitude
- A willingness to learn and develop
- Strong work ethic
