Andersen & Co Behavioural & Therapeutic Support seeks a dedicated full-time Behaviour Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work while being primarily based in Bacchus Marsh, VIC.

As a Behaviour Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering behavioural analysis and support services, managing day-to-day responsibilities to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and their families. **Requirements**:

- Proficiency in behaviour analysis techniques and methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing individualised behaviour support plans.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and professionals.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with varying needs.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in behaviour analysis.
- Certification in behaviour analysis (e.g., BCBA certification) is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in behavioural support, educational or therapeutic settings is considered an advantage.

Pay: $88,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
