**About the Role**:
As an Assistant Manager, you will be an integral part to our client's beautiful Bundall store. You will have a passion for leading an experienced team to deliver success, have a keen eye for merchandising, and love all things customer service.

**To be successful you will need to have**:

- Leadership: Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
- Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and product knowledge to enhance the shopping experience
- Retail Operations: Understanding of retail processes and best practices
- Team Management: Experience in scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Communication: Clear and effective communication with customers and team members.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to address challenges and resolve issues efficiently.
