Childcare Educator

This family owned service have been offering their professional “**_Professional_** **Privately Family Owned**”, Early Learning services for over 20 yrs and still continue to learn and grow with knowledge and dignity. We work closely with our staff and support them throughout all aspects of the service on a daily basis.

OUR CABRAMATTA centre, is looking for a passionate experienced Educator for the role in the 2-3's age group, seeking an educator who aligns with our philosophies and is able to provide engaging educational programs for the children. This position is for an energised passionate educator that aims to deliver quality and inclusive learning programs, strategies and styles, knowledge of child development and alignment to the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS). Whilst ensuring the requirements are being met, you have the freedom to implement your own learning program and showcase your skills to make a difference for our respected families.

**_It is a small reputable centre, with amazing STAFF and FAMILIES. This position consists of an 8 hr shift, 3 TO 5 days a week. _**

Is situated in the heart of Cabramatta near public transport services, and offers private staff parking.

**About the role**

Work as a team to support children’s learning and development outcomes.
- Implement engaging learning programs using knowledge of content, curriculum, children’s needs, assessment and documenting requirements.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan, evaluate and enhance learning outcomes for children.
- Develop engaging and inclusive learning environments that reflect the strengths, interests and needs of all children.
- Establish and maintain respectful collaborative partnerships with families to assess and support children’s learning and wellbeing.
- Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members.
- Contribute to a professional and positive work culture;
**Skills and requirements**
- Hold a CERT III OR DIPLOMA, or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
- Available Full time/5 days a week ;
- EXPERIENCE in all age groups;
- Good sound knowledge of EYLF and Programming essential
- Current Working with Children Check
- VACCINATION CERT
