**About the Role**
We are seeking a passionate, client-focused lead who will be responsible for supporting the day to day service excellence in a role that mixes client facing service and support delivery.

**The core purpose of this role is to**:
Provide day to day support and supervision to a team of Community Support Workers to promote service excellence.
Role model person centred, active support principles, and support the team to deliver and document services and supports in line with our clients plans, goals, preferences and Sunnyfield requirements
Support the Operations Manager and Home and Lifestyle lead level 2 to implement key practice policies, procedures, and knowledge that will help the cluster achieve performance outcome

**About You**:
Experience as a frontline worker in the Community Services sector
Experience organising day to day tasks for a team
Demonstrated knowledge of supporting the needs of people with disability. This could be gained through work experience, lived experience, and/or experience as a carer or key support person.
The ability to build good working relationships with clients, families, and key supports to deliver great outcomes.
The ability to make clear and accurate notes and records.
A general understanding of rostering and terms and conditions of employment
The ability to plan your day and the flexibility to let it go when things don’t go as planned.
Basic knowledge of the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) is advantageous
A minimum Certificate IV qualification in community services, disability, aged care, human resources, business, or similar would contribute to success but is not essential
