**About the Role**

We are seeking passionate, reliable, and values-driven **OSHC Educators** to join our growing team across various Victorian locations. Whether you are Diploma-qualified or hold a Certificate III and are actively working towards your Diploma, we welcome applicants who are committed to both educational best practice and Islamic moral values.

As an Educator, you will support children aged 5-12 in a warm and engaging environment that celebrates creativity, faith, wellbeing, and social development.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and engage children in high-quality, play-based learning activities before and after school
- Deliver and support programs aligned with the _My Time, Our Place_ framework and Islamic values of respect, honesty, and kindness
- Ensure the physical and emotional safety of all children under your care
- Actively contribute to the preparation and implementation of engaging activities, including physical play, arts, Quran storytelling, and character-building sessions
- Foster positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Maintain accurate records and assist with compliance documentation in accordance with National Regulations
- Model exemplary behaviour and Islamic manners (_akhlaq_) in all interactions
- Collaborate with your team and Centre Director to uphold Amana OSHC’s philosophy and service standards

**Qualifications & Requirements**

To be considered for this role, you must meet one of the following pathways:
**Pathway 1 - Fully Qualified**
- Diploma of School Age Education and Care (CHC50221 or equivalent)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Training
- Working With Children Check (VIC - Employee)

**Pathway 2 - Actively Working Towards Diploma**
- Hold an **approved Certificate III qualification** (e.g. CHC10983NAT or CHC30121)
- **Enrolled in an approved Diploma-level course** and able to provide proof of enrolment and progression
- Current or willing to obtain: First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Training
- Working With Children Check (VIC - Employee)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $36.00 - $40.00 per hour
