We are seeking a dedicated and caring Leisure and Lifestyle Assistant to join the team at our Avondale Heights Aged Care Home on a casual basis.

Doutta Galla Aged Services is a not for profit aged care organisation with almost thirty years’ experience caring for people from a diverse range of backgrounds. At Doutta Galla we are proud of the diversity of our residents and staff. Everyone is welcome.

Our Home is a spacious light filled residence with views over the Maribyrnong River parklands.

**What we are seeking**:

- A positive, fun attitude
- Dedication to maximising each resident’s health and wellbeing
- Qualifications in Leisure & Health would be very well regarded
- Understanding of the Aged Care Standards and a willingness to embrace and champion them, ensuring resident dignity and choice is central to all that they do
