We are a fast-growing NDIS Service provider looking to expand our team of support workers At Enjoyability you will be part of a tight-knit family of hard working individuals passionate about taking care of people living with a disability

We are looking for reliable, experienced, motivated and fun individuals who are looking for a long term position. Our approach to support work is different to most companies, mainly focusing on creating a strong relationship with participants - becoming their friend rather than just a worker.
- Have their own transport and license
- Have experience working with a range of disabilities
- Enjoy talking and being physically active
- Be gentle and passionate about helping people with disabilities
- Enjoy working closely with others in a team to improve services
- Be reliable and able to work irregular hours at times
- Be able to travel around Sydney to different participants
- Be presentable at all times

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
