- As a trusted advisor and technical Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for strategic accounts, you will be responsible for retaining customers through customer success programs. Additionally, you will be responsible for presenting solutions at conferences, webinars, and other public events, and ensuring that they are clearly and effectively communicated.- **Skills & Experience**
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Network / Server Infrastructure.
- Knowledge of Active Directory.
- Account management & strategic advice
