**About the Organisation**
The organisation is a leading Disability/NDIS & Community Services Provider who have been delivering exceptional care to clients & families for over 10 years. They provide innovative, flexible and high-quality support to enhance lifestyle & learning opportunities for people with a disability & their family and are truly client centred.

Due to exciting and strong organisational growth over the past few years, they are now looking for an experienced Allied Health professional to join their multidisciplinary team as their National Allied Health Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversight of service delivery across Allied Health & Support Services.
- Direct supervision to the Allied Health & Support team, to ensure services are in line with policies and procedures.
- Developing & maintaining systems, policies and procedures.
- Play a vital role in promoting access to training/education opportunities, providing mentorship and clinical supervision.
- Building & maintaining external stake holder relationships.
- Accreditation against the NDIS Practice Standards is achieved and maintained.

**Essential Criteria**
- Tertiary qualification (Occupational Therapy/Speech Pathology)
- Relevant registration (AHPRA or SPA)
- Extensive postgraduate clinical experience - disability sector
- Experience managing multidisciplinary team & providing supervision
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects project management
- Demonstrated experience contributing to service development
- Knowledge & experience working within NDIS standards
