Byron Shire Council is currently seeking enthusiastic **Labourers and Plant Operators**. The positions play a key role in providing a high level of service in the construction and maintenance of Council’s Infrastructure.

- **Two (2) permanent, full-time Plant Operator positions** (38 hours per week / 9 day fortnight)
Salary and Conditions will be in accordance with the NSW Local Government (State) Award with an appointment at a salary in the range of $1,155.40 to $1,338.70 per 38 hour week (dependent upon skills and experience) plus applicable allowances
- **Two (2) permanent, full-time Labourer positions** (38 hours per week / 9 day fortnight)
Salary and Conditions will be in accordance with the NSW Local Government (State) Award with an appointment at a salary in the range of $1,044.00 to $1,209.63 per 38 hour week (dependent upon skills and experience) plus applicable allowances
- **Two (2) 2 years, fixed term, full-time Labourer positions** (38 hours per week / 9 day fortnight)
Salary and Conditions will be in accordance with the NSW Local Government (State) Award with an appointment at a salary in the range of $1,044.00 to $1,209.63 per 38 hour (dependent upon skills and experience) plus applicable allowances

**Location**:
This position is based at Byron Depot, however Council can require you to work from other work sites as required for operational reasons.
