Sales Representative
Our client based in the northern Gold Coast area is forging ahead within their industry with a great product range and more growth predicted. Due to this growth, they are now seeking a Sales Representative to join the company in a full time role.
Your role will focus on building relationships with retail store resellers, growing their retail presence further. The product range would ideally suit someone with a background in sales aimed at retail, women's wear and/or accessories, or toiletries / pharmacy clients.
Reporting to and working closely with the Director, your role will be responsible for building relationships and seeking further opportunities with current clients as well as developing new business opportunities in the market from prospecting. We are looking for a skilled Sales Representative that has confidence in their approach, enjoys the hunt and is strategic in securing new clients and building their business. There is a current database to work with as well as a good list of leads and a lot of potential to tap into their target market and build on sales opportunities.
- Demonstrated experience as a sales representative or similar is essential
- It would be beneficial to have prior experience within retail women's wear, accessories, toiletries sectors or selling into pharmacies but is not essential
- A self-starter with a strategic approach to researching, generating leads, cold-calling, asking for referrals and following sales processes
- The demonstrated ability in past employment to meet/exceed KPI's, grow sales and your client base
- Excellent client service, account management, communication and negotiation skills
