Mygym Hornsby is looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and reliable Gym Coaches to join our dynamic team We are a children’s fitness and development centre located in Westfield Hornsby, offering structured, fun-filled classes for children aged 3 months to 10 years.

As a Mygym Coach, you will lead age-appropriate physical development classes, engage with both children and parents, and create a joyful, safe, and supportive environment that promotes learning through movement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and deliver engaging fitness-based classes for young children
- Demonstrate and assist with basic gym skills and activities (e.g., balance, coordination, agility)
- Create a fun, encouraging, and inclusive atmosphere
- Ensure children’s safety at all times during activities
- Communicate professionally and positively with parents and caregivers
- Assist with class setup and pack down
- Support birthday parties and special events as needed
- Attend training and follow class curriculum
- Learn and become proficient in the use of the My Gym system for class management and communication

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A genuine love for working with children
- Outgoing, energetic, and confident personality
- Physically active and able to move, run, lift, and demonstrate exercises
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible availability including weekends
- Experience working with children is a plus (but not essential - training provided)
- Must hold or be willing to obtain a **Working With Children Check**:

- Available on Fridays (at least afternoon) and Sundays

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
