The Salvation Army Employment Plus is currently going through an exciting time. Due to our program's ongoing success and our need for expansion, we are looking for dedicated, energetic and committed individuals to join our teams. We currently have positions available at Charlestown and Maitland on a parental leave cover basis.

We're looking for performance driven individuals with strong relationship building skills to assist our participants to overcome barriers, connect with local businesses to fulfil their labour needs, and ensure ongoing and sustainable employment outcomes are met.

A current Working with Children Check or relevant state equivalent is a mandatory requirement for our positions. Successful applicants will also be required to undertake a police check - it is not mandatory to have a clear criminal history.
