**Part-Time Nanny Needed Long-Term Role in Applecross, WA**:

**Contract Term**: Permanent (3 5 years)
**Pay**: $35/hour (negotiable)
**20 25 hours per week** (Guaranteed minimum)
Mon - Fri
- 1 2 mornings/week: school drop-off
- 1 2 afternoons/week: school pick-up and horse riding (25-min drive)
- 3+ afternoons/week: school pick-up, home time, and evening routine
- Some evenings may require a later finish, with advance notice
- Flexibility is appreciated, and extra hours are paid if needed
- Note: While exact days are flexible and to be confirmed, afternoons are essential._
We re looking for a warm, reliable, and experienced nanny to join a family in Applecross, WA on a long term basis caring for their 12 and 9 yr old girls. The role will primarily involve after-school care and light support in the home. This is a wonderful opportunity to form a meaningful connection with two well-mannered, independent girls in a relaxed and respectful household.

**Typical Day and Duties Include**:
**Childcare**:

- School pick-ups
- Supervision and transport to horse riding and other after-school activities
- Afternoon and evening routine (homework guidance, dinner, wind-down time)
- Occasional morning routine and school drop-off

**Light Household Tasks**
- Keeping kitchen and living areas tidy
- Encouraging the girls to keep their rooms neat
- Loading/unloading the dishwasher
- (_Note: A cleaner/housekeeper manages the deep cleaning_)

**Cooking**
- Simple family-style meals for the girls (menus are usually pre-planned)

**Expectations**:

- 3+ years of experience as a nanny and or household manager
- Have a current first aid certificate (or happy to obtain one)
- Have a current Working With Children s Check
- Display strong communication skills and speak English - French speaking is a bonus (not required)
- Non smoking
- Full drivers license Must have own car for commuting (A **family car is provided** for use with the children during work hours)
