Originally founded as RoundAbout Travel in 2008, The Complex Travel Group is an online travel agency specialising in providing complex airfare solutions to its premium clientele. As one of Australia’s leading independent travel agencies they are the only agency specialising in round the world fares, selling premium airfares under three niche brands: RoundAbout Travel, Flat Beds, and QFlyer.

Located in a modern office in the heart of the Adelaide CBD they are looking for experienced travel consultants to join the team and support their rapid growth and strong enquiry demand.

**Your new role**
As an Online Travel Consultant, you will organise, sell, and manage the travel arrangements for new and existing clients for all brands under The Complex Travel Group. Focusing solely on international travel you will be experienced in building complex airfares and will provide exceptional customer service to all new, repeat and referred clients.

With the internal admin team supporting your clients’ additional services such as flight changes, additional baggage, and seat selection you will have more time to focus on consulting your premium clientele and selling incredible travel

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role, you will have:

- Minimum two years’ experience in a travel consultancy role, selling international travel
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills
- Excellent knowledge of airfares, airline, frequent flyer programs and premium touring
- Ability to create, manage and maintain client relationships
- Demonstrated sales background with ability to self-motivate towards monthly targets
- Experience using Sabre
