**Holly Aged Care **is is conveniently located close to the southern end of the Southern Expressway, with the Onkaparinga River National Park close by. The home is situated on the bus route to Colonnades Shopping Centre less than 5kms away and connected by other transport routes to the wider metropolitan area.

**About the Opportunity**

As a Lifestyle Services Officer you'll be responsible for providing support and assistance to residents in meeting their individual lifestyle goals, needs and choices to enhance their overall quality of life.
- Assist with the design, delivery and monitoring of group and individual lifestyle services activities and complementary therapies for residents
- Taking a continuous improvement approach in the development and delivery of activities
- Coordinate individual and group activities and therapies
- Ensure recreational activities, therapies and documentation comply with Aged Care Standards and relevant Acts, legal and ethical standards

This is a fixed term contract for 3-6 months with the possiblity to extend, working 58.5hrs a fornight with the following shifts on offer:
Week 1
0800 - 1500 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday

Week 2
0800 - 1500 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday

**About You**

To be successful, you'll need:

- Cert IV in Leisure and Health or Cert 3 in Indvidual Support (essential)
- Previous experience in Aged Care (preferred but not essential)
- Availability and reliability to commit to required shifts
- Current flu and COVID vaccinations
