Working in a busy team environment, your new position as a Load Control Planner will see you responsible for forward planning of flights on day of ops + 24 hours, coordinating and producing all loading, weight and balance documentation in accordance with airline specifications for passenger, cargo and fuel requirements. In this safety critical role, you will ensure the safe distribution of the aircraft load while maximising available cargo space.

You’ll have
- Ability to work shift work on a 7 day rotating roster
- A high degree of personal organisation, ability to prioritise time and workload and self-motivated
- Ability to think analytically and mathematically
- Proven problem-solving capabilities and ability to handle high pressure situations, conflict resolution skills
- Ability to interact constructively and consistently with team members, other departments and external customers
- Working knowledge of the FM system & Manual Load Documents or willing to undertake this training
- Current or the ability to obtain certification for each QantasLink aircraft type in order to comply with the Civil Aviation Authority regulations
