**HOME by belle** is a Sydney based full service Interior Design and decorating studio. We create custom interiors for full home transformations, new builds or a selection of spaces in our clients' homes. Our mission is to make our client’s dream home a beautiful reality. **Your days will see you**:

- Meet with clients to understand their vision for their space and how they live in detail, deliver concepts and spaces to perfectly match it every time.
- Be responsible for overseeing your own projects and it’s deliverables from conception to completion, creating and owning conceptual direction for projects
- Oversee creation of Revit drawings that perfectly reflect the design for builders / trades to easily implement.
- Consistently deliver projects that balance the design brief, budget (both time and spend allocations), and client expectations with equal emphasis on each part
- Remain up to date on all industry developments to remain current and recommend company responses as required.
- Carry out site Design Management visits as required
- Independently prepare quick solutions for any design issue both during Design and Design Management
- Nurture working relationships with clients, vendors, builders and actively work to widen this network under HBB
- Track and manage the project budget and ensure the designs fit within your clients budget requirements.
- Manage notification of relevant invoicing for projects
- Coordinate DA and CDC approvals documentation and coordination with certifier / council
- Expertly triage project priorities and manage their solutions
- Liaise between projects, trades, and clients consistently for fluid and clear communications and expectation setting
- Maintain up to date project records for all team members to reference against
- Consistently look for ways to improve HBB’s working systems and recommend improvements as needed
- Provide proactive assistance to the wider Design team as required

**Competencies and experience**:
Above all, you are passionate about the design and building industry, specifically residential design and how we impact the lives of our clients through delivering dream homes for our clients.
- Mid - High End Residential project experience
- 5 years minimum experience
- Advanced Diploma or Bachelor of Interior Design
- Minimum Software requirements : Revit essential, In-design, Photoshop
- Proficient in Microsoft suite
- Highly organised and thrives on process
- Exceptional communication and client relationship skills
- Natural creative flare with ability to conceptualise design
