As a Room Leader at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

Providing 74 spaces for children
Loctaed in the Green Square precinct
Architecturally designed, with modern and naturally inspired spaces that are custom-built
The single-level building provides direct access to the outdoor playgrounds
Full time position

**You’ll need**:
Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current NSW Working with Children Check
