Insulation Installer

Are you ready to get hands-on with a dynamic team? We're seeking individuals to join us in the installation of insulation for a variety of projects, both commercial and residential, predominantly in the Southern Highlands area. If you're looking for straightforward work that's easily trainable, consider becoming a key part of our skilled team.

**Key Details**:

- **Location**: Southern Highlands, with most work being local
- **Transport**: Own transport preferred; pick-up and drop-off available for Moss Vale residents
- **Working Hours**: 6am or 7am start, with the flexibility to finish early on hot days while still receiving the full day rate
- **Work Schedule**: Variable, typically 2-3 days per week depending on the project schedule

**Responsibilities**:

- Cutting insulation to the required length
- Installing ceiling insulation
- Placing insulation under homes
- Comfortable with ladder climbing

**Benefits**:

- Full set of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided, including overalls, kneepads, dust masks, etc.

**Requirements**:

- White card
- Ability to work on ladders
- Able-bodied

**Preferred**:

- Own transport (unless a Moss Vale local)
- Working at Heights certification

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $35.00 - $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
