The Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta is looking for a skilled, contemporary and passionate Secondary Mathematics Teacher to be part of our school community and enrich the lives of our students.

**Key focus areas**

The Secondary Mathematics Teacher will fit the following criteria:

- Make a positive difference to the learning outcomes of the students taught.
- Sensitive and responsive to all aspects of the context in which they teach including use of technology and other resources, teaching practices and ways in which assessment and feedback is provided to students.
- Commitment to the continual improvement of teaching practice and take opportunities for personal professional development.
- Work creatively and constructively within a range of 'communities' inside and beyond the school and set high, achievable goals for self and students.
- Exhibit personal approaches characterised by caring and respect for others.
- Preferably with Experience teaching Stage 6. Current load includes Year 12 Maths Standard and Year 11 Maths Advanced.
- Ability to teach Religious Education an advantage.
