Supported by a team of over 300 professional employees based in 8 offices across Australia, we have a great opportunity for a Graphics Coordinator to join us. **The role** Based in Sydney, NSW, and reporting to the National Graphics Manager, you will use your sound administrative skills to support our Consultants on-site and ensure the Trimevac services and communications with clients are delivered smoothly and efficiently. In terms of specific responsibilities, you will: - Draft evacuation diagrams - Undertake site inspections to conduct site markups for evacuation diagrams - Provide a range of administrative support to the Consulting team - Provide excellent client service and stakeholder management as this role is often the sole point of contact with clients - Manage the client and document database and ensure compliance with Australian Standards **About you** We believe that great teams are made up of great individuals.
