Exploration Geologist

We are currently looking for an Exploration Geologist to join Xenith's Exploration & Generative Services team to support a highly valued client in the Hunter Valley.

**Requirements of the Role**:

- Bachelor of Science, majoring in Geology
- Minimum 3 years’ experience preferred, including experience with:

- Managing drill rigs, data collection, collation and finalisation;
- Supervising and directing exploration contractors to deliver the Principal's exploration program;
- Coordinating sampling, sample storage and sample logistics;
- Managing site clearance and site rehabilitation;
- Data validation and internal Reporting.
- An overarching commitment to safety and zero harm policies.
- The ability to consult and negotiate win/win outcomes and manage effective partnering relationships both internally and externally
- The role will involve interaction with a wide spectrum of stakeholders, so relationship management will be the key to your success.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
