**About The Role**

**Requirements**:
In order to be successful in this role, you will have:

- Experience in viticulture/horticulture/farming/ tractor operations and agricultural machinery, with a genuine enthusiasm for wine and viticulture
- Flexibility, excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, a mature outlook and the desire to be part of a strong and cohesive team
- Ability to work autonomously and use your initiative
- A strong understanding of work health and safety procedures
- Valid driver's license

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
