**What you’ll do
Reporting to the Transport Optimisation Manager, the Transport Load Planner is responsible for planning the pickup and delivery routes for the QLD Supermarket network.
- Create accurate & timely Pickup and Delivery routes for the Rail-serviced QLD store delivery network, and Primary Connect Plus (PC+) Vendor southbound consignments
- Work collaboratively with the Rail Booking coordinator and Rail Fleet coordinator to ensure daily load plans are achievable, fit the fleet capacity, meet DC despatch capability and meet train cutoff times.
- Perform daily transport planning activities in our Transport Management System (TMS)
- Work to strict service level agreement to ensure no impact to DCs and stores Work with key stakeholders (Distribution Centres, PUD transport providers, Rail Linehaul providers, Internal (PC+) stakeholders and PC+ customers) to ensure continuous operations flow and effective daily execution of the task.
**What you’ll bring
- Exceptional time management skills and be able to work to strict service level agreement to ensure no impact to DCs and stores
- Understanding of transport allocation and/or fleet controlling including load planning
- Excellent systems and computer skills, with the ability to adapt to new systems
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Effective problem solving skills & a high level of customer service Availability to work on a four-day roster, 10 hours per day Wed to Sat or Sun-Wed
