Specialised Solutions, based in Tonsley, are leaders in the manufacturing of prefabricated structures and solar furniture across various industries. Specialised Solutions are focused on enhancing liveability for the community and ensuring that renewable energy and sustainable building techniques are used where possible.

Every day will hold something new with this opportunity. Across 18-months you will become an administration expert through hands-on experience with tasks from all business areas including logistics and client records. Also receive allocated study time towards achieving a nationally recognised **Certificate III in Business **within the **Administration Stream**.

**Duties Include**:

- Update and maintain customer files
- Assist to implement industry programs
- Document processing including scanning and record filing
- Additional administrative tasks as required

- Proactive with a positive attitude
- Great communication skills, verbal and written
- Works well under pressure and towards deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport with variety of people
- Strong computer knowledge including Microsoft Office
