**The Opportunity**

As the PR Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior PR Manager in the implementation of impactful, and effective PR campaigns that connect our brands and delicious range of products to audiences across Australia.

**The Accountabilities**
- Co-ordinate the day-to-day consumer publicity for The Arnott’s Group range of consumer products, from preparing and distributing media releases, pitching creative story ideas and angles, reactive opportunities, fielding media requests, and arranging photo shoots and events.
- Act as a key ambassador for the portfolio of The Arnott’s Group brands, fostering brand love and loyalty while championing the voice of the customer.
- Amplify storytelling across each campaign, drive awareness, and align with the Digital & MarComms objectives to effectively engage consumers in creating delicious moments with our products.
- With the Senior PR Manager, build and maintain strong relationships with key media; maintain database of media and talent contacts to generate always-on positive earned media coverage.
- Work cross functionally on campaigns which transcend traditional PR and encompass all aspects of integrated communications, including social media and influencer activations.

**The Ingredients for Success**

Just like you can’t make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role:

- 5+ years’ experience in PR and communications roles delivering strategies to achieve business objectives, ideally with experience in the food and FMCG industry, whether this be in-house or agency
- Tertiary qualification in a related discipline (Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or other related fields)
- Storytelling and editorial expertise, you’re someone who consumes and engages with the media and culture on a daily basis, loves to talk about it and share it with others
- Project management expertise, with strong relationship building skills both with various internal stakeholders, agency partners, talent management and of course, media
- Highly organised and accountable, you are self-motivated, possess integrity, strong time management abilities, and able to work autonomously across multiple teams
