**About the Role**

The Asset and Licensing team plays a vital role in managing the complete lifecycle of digital and technology assets—hardware, software, networking, cloud services, licenses, agreements and warranties—from acquisition through to disposal. Reporting to the Head of Store Operations Platform & EUC, the Purchasing & Sourcing Specialist (internally known as Asset and Licensing Specialist) ensures that these assets are efficiently managed, compliant and aligned with our business needs.

Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- ** Asset Management**: Control assets in one or more significant areas ensuring that administration of full life cycle of assets is carried out.
- ** Audit and Review**: Support regular audits and compliance reviews to meet regulatory standards and internal policies.
- ** Financial Coordination**: Work with finance and operational teams to streamline processes, support managing cost centres and ensure proper alignment with GL accounts.
- ** System Integration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth integration and interfacing of financial management systems, including Order Desk and other relevant tools.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Identify and act on areas for improvement in financial and operational processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.

**About You**

We are looking for an enthusiastic professional who can manage multiple priorities effectively. In addition, you will have:

- Demonstrated experience in managing full asset lifecycle processes and procedures.
- Ability to interpret contracts, consumption and entitlement data as well as lead and coordinate vendor audits.
- Excellent communication skills for seamless collaboration and clear reporting.
- High attention to detail and professionalism to maintain accurate documentation and records.
- Desirable: Experience in managing software licensing for significant software vendors such as Microsoft, Oracle, VMWare.
