The Company’s three core products are Snapchat , a visual messaging app that enhances your relationships with friends, family, and the world; Lens Studio , an augmented reality platform that powers AR across Snapchat and other services; and its AR glasses, Spectacles We're looking for a Law Enforcement Response Specialist to join the Law Enforcement Operations team What you’ll do: - Accurately review, index, and process various types of legal requests from US and global law enforcement- Participate in on-call rotation for law enforcement emergency requests and internal escalations, which requires working atypical weekday hours and some weekend days each month.- Review team members’ work product, create and deliver training, and provide feedback- Create and lead internal training sessions on an as-needed basis- Enhance our operational workflows via process and policy improvements- Drive successful projects and tooling initiatives Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: - Strong attention to detail, with proven ability to accurately analyse lengthy legal documents- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with mínimal oversight- Ability to organize and prioritize assignments effectively- Willingness to travel and participate in testimony appearances on behalf of Snap- Previous experience reviewing sensitive content (e.g. in a moderation-related role)- Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the company Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or job related equivalent experience in lieu of degree Preferred qualifications: - Experience working directly with law enforcement in a professional setting If you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please don’t be shy and provide us some information "Default Together" Policy at Snap: At Snap Inc. we believe that being together in person helps us build our culture faster, reinforce our values, and serve our community, customers and partners better through dynamic collaboration.
