This is on a casual basis and we are flexible with the working schedule for office hours from 9:00am - 5:00pm. A minimum of two (2) days is required and would require office attendance.

This involves in providing office services to a small team of 2 Solicitors and 2 Senior Paralegals including, telephone and reception duties, printing, copying and document management, filing, photocopying & typing documents and a variety of office tasks.

**Key Skills/Experience**:
The successful applicant will ideally possess the following:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar paralegal role or customer service/sales orientated role dealing with customers.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Hardworking and proactive attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Well-developed research skills.
- Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office programs, Leap and other legal software.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $48,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney, NSW 2000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
