**Seeking 1x creative human. Ideally keen on tone of voice, pub balconies, and pasta sauce recipes.**
As part of our in-house creative team, you’ll bring world-class thinking and tightly crafted comms to our brands - Dan Murphy’s, BWS, Jimmy Brings, Langton’s, and Shorty’s Liquor - as well as getting your hands dirty on branding projects across the group.

**What you’ll be doing**:
- Helping own Tone of Voice, and keeping our brands distinctive.
- Working with creative directors, designers and others on larger, conceptual jobs, campaign toolkit builds, etc.
- Learning a lot, quickly, about all things drinks (see you at wine training)
- Pitching ideas to internal brand stakeholders.
- Editing, optimising, and generally making sure everything that our customers see is persuasive, on-brand, and technically sound.
- We’re working flexibly, but definitely keen to get to know you in person, too Our office is in Surry Hills, and we have a studio in Ultimo, so you’ll be super close to top pubs and cafes.
**Your Background**:
You’ll have at least three years under your belt as a professional copywriter, either working directly with brands and/or in agency land. You’re creative (obvs and plz), you’re positive, and you care about solving business and customer problems.
Specifically, we’re looking for someone who has:
- A love of all things messaging, from button copy to long-form.
- A tertiary degree in communications or equivalent.
- Proven experience taking larger, conceptual briefs through to creative execution.
- Experience working on B2C retail brands, preferably FMCG and/or liquor.
- Comfort with workflow tools, CMS, the Google suite, Mac machines, etc.
**Bonus points for**:
- Award School
- Advanced drinks/food knowledge (WSET qualification or similar highly regarded).
- A track record of developing Tone of Voice/Style guides for brands.
- Experience preparing pitch documents and selling creative ideas.
- Experience working with video talent/directors/editors/animators.
- Familiarity with the ABAC code and its requirements.
