**Job Overview**: The Warehouse Team Leader is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of warehouse staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role involves managing daily tasks, maintaining safety standards, and providing leadership to the warehouse team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse associates, including assigning tasks, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, sorting, storing, and shipping goods.
- Ensure that all warehouse processes are executed accurately and efficiently, meeting company standards and customer expectations.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, performing regular stock checks and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory, shipments, or personnel.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate workflows and address operational challenges.
- Prepare and submit reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics.
- Foster a positive and productive team environment, promoting teamwork and motivation.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics role, with at least [X] years in a supervisory or leadership position.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and technology.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and move heavy items, up to [specific weight, e.g., 50 kilos].
- Capability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
