Deli Assistant

We are currently hiring for an experienced Deli Assistant, for a Part Time position in our Tooronga Store. Working App. 20 hours per week, availability to be afternoon and weekends.

We are looking for someone with a passion for food and outstanding customer experience and a background in a deli, or in a similar hospitality or foodservice role.

This is a hands-on role ensuring the store is always well presented and maintained and that customer expectations are exceeded.

You will be proactive and motivated, striving to ensure objectives are met or exceeded. You will be a problem solver and your passion for quality and excellence will be contagious.

You will be responsible for a range of activities including stock control, waste and cost management, food hygiene, workplace cleanliness and safety, ticketing and adherence to policies and procedures. Depending on your experience you may take on rostering, training, and team member performance.
