Our full-time, 12-week paid internship will see you benefit from working with our industry experts on high-impact, purpose-led projects.

We are looking for students currently studying the following engineering degrees:

- Civil/Structural
- Mechanical
- Chemical
- Electrical
- Electronics/Mechatronics

**Program overview**

Our Summer Vacation Program is a dynamic and comprehensive opportunity for talented engineering university students to gain invaluable practical experience during their summer break. This immersive program will expose you to a range of exciting projects and challenges, providing you with hands-on experience that complements your academic knowledge.

These positions will be based in the Operations business unit in the Perth office.

**Operations business unit overview**

Operations is a global community of more than 15,000 colleagues, delivering solutions to an ever-broadening range of clients across the energy and built environment, and generating approximately $2bn in revenue.

We deliver operations, maintenance, modifications & brownfield engineering, asset optimisation, and asset management throughout an assets’ lifecycle, including decommissioning and removal.

**Wood Operations APAC West** delivers brownfields engineering, procurement, construction, optimisation, and technical services to oil & gas sector, enjoying long-term partnerships with some of the region’s most prominent oil & gas and LNG producers in Western Australia, Northern Territory and Kazakhstan.

**Selection criteria**
- Currently studying **an engineering degree** at an Australian university
- Strong academic performance and a passion for engineering and innovation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take on challenges.
