Right at Home is one of the largest home care providers in the world, with approximately 600 offices in eight countries around the world.

Our Perth Midland office continues to grow quickly, and we are looking for a dedicated Scheduler to support our growth and the ongoing provision of care for our clients. The position would be responsible for managing staff/client rostering in a dynamic environment, as well as matching carers for clients and scheduling them. The primary responsibility for the scheduler role is to ensure that requests for temporary staffing solutions are filled efficiently and with the most effective use of staff resources possible, utilising the collective of professionals attached to Right at Home. The role guarantees that all requests are responded to in a prompt and professional manner and participates in problem-solving, proposing solutions to scheduling issues in consultation with the broader Right at Home team.

Scheduling staff as per customer request and preferences.
Ensure scheduling of staff members is logístically sound and represents an efficient and effective use of staffing resources.
Attending to day to day rescheduling requests to cover unplanned changes in staff availability, including sick leave, personal leave and emergency replacements.
Regularly reviewing rosters to ensure that they are meeting key service indicators.
Ensuring appropriate compatibility of staff with clients and service users with consideration given to skills and lifestyle preferences.
Demonstrated administrative experience capable of managing challenging workloads

Computer literate and able to pick up new systems quickly
Clean Australian federal police clearance
