The casual Store Assistant is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in addition to providing an exceptional customer experience in store. The Store Assistant has a sincere passion for our product and transmits this passion through an exceptional customer experience in store. The Store Assistant provides support to the Store Manager in retail sales, customer service, visual merchandising and all operational aspects of the store.

This position is ideal for someone eager to learn and further their career in a rapidly growing business. More important than experience is proactivity, a growth mindset, the ability to adapt to change and to be part of a hard-working and dynamic team.

You will be:
Providing an exceptional customer experience to our guests;
Achieving sales targets;
Ensure stock control processes are adhered to in alignment with CULTIVER guidelines;
Communicating customer feedback to head office and contribute to planning;
Monitor and maintain stores' Visual Merchandising and presentation standards;
Assisting and supporting Retail Manager

You will thrive in this role if you are;
Available to work 2-4 days per week,

Availability to work on weekends - Sundays is essential

Well-presented with strong interpersonal and communication skills coupled with excellent time management and organisational skills.

A strong passion for design and customer service excellence.
