We are seeking Disability Support Workers to work with our female client living with OCD with domestic tasks, community support (shopping) and daily living based in **Ascot Park**.

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- Experience in Mental Health required, preferably supporting clients with OCD
- Person-centered approach with a proactive attitude towards encouraging participants to thrive.
- Willingness to engage during challenging moments and consistently follow plans and directions provided by Allied Health professionals.

**Shifts Available**:
We are seeking flexible availability to work afternoon shifts from 3:00pm on week days & weekends**.**

**Requirements**:
To thrive at Nextt, you'll need:

- NDIS workers screening check - must be current
- SA Working with children check - must be current
- NDIS Quality Safety and You module certificate - or willing to obtain
- Car with Comprehensive Insurance
- Drivers Licence
- Adherence to all mandatory directives per your state or territory.

**Pay Rate**:
**SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates**:

- Base hourly rate: $32.73
- Afternoon shift: $36.00
- Night shift $36.65
- Saturday: $45.82
- Sunday: $58.91
- Public holiday: $72.00
