**Responsibilities**:

We are a fast-growing business, looking for a determined and flexible partner to drive the purchasing activity for the business.

The key focus of this critical role is to manage and action the leads provided in our CRM, and purchase vehicles on behalf of the business. Other core functions include:

- Manage and follow up pipeline
- Gathering and entering key critical data
- Negotiating the purchase price of vehicles
- Requesting, managing, and uploading the required purchase documentation
- Filtering, searching, and identifying opportunities on different platforms such as Car Sales, Gumtree and Facebook Marketplace
- Other tasks as requested
- Participate in training as requested

The opportunity will be flexible allowing the successful applicant to determine how they can be most effective. Historically, regular, and consistent activity with a sense of urgency has led to the best results.

Successful applicants must have:

- Strong engagement and communication
- Strong technology and software skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Sound knowledge of vehicles
- A sense of urgency and determination to succeed.
- A flexible and adaptive approach

We are willing to pay a retainer for the first month to get our new partner up and running, and historical results show that strong outcomes can be achieved well within this time. Mentoring and training are provided to ensure the greatest chance of success.
