**About the role**

This role forms part of the Design and Innovation team which provides concept development, solution scoping, technical expertise and engineering support to Delivery & Project Managers. The purpose of this role is to assist the Design & Innovation Manager and Electrical Design Manager in the development, implementation, construction management, and project delivery of the electrical and control systems for a wide variety of capital expenditure projects. Key attributes of the role include;
- Control systems scoping and concept development.
- Development of the control systems programming, PLC and SCADA
- Execute and integrate control systems to our existing IT systems
- Control system commissioning and performance testing
- Provide electrical & control system technical advice and expertise
- Electrical technical support during all phases of the project
- Management of all technical documentation and system software

**About your experience**
- Degree in engineering and/or trade qualification with associate diploma qualifications in maintenance engineering
- Experience with PLC/SCADA
- Advanced understanding of computerised maintenance management systems
- Understanding of industrial relations including awareness / negotiation of Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBA)
- Demonstrated experience working with safety management systems
- Advanced conflict management and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel - once every 2- 3 weeks
