Want to join a not for profit organisation that really cares about residents and staff? Árpád Aged Care is a boutique aged care facility in Wantirna (VIC), specializing in elderly people with Hungarian backgrounds.
We are seeking an Office Receptionist to join our front office team. The role can be part time or full time.
**Some of your responsibilities will include**:
- Manage the front office area, including answering phone calls and receiving visitors
- Promptly respond and follow through telephone calls and enquiries
- Coordinate the family visit schedule, including liaising with Care and Lifestyle team members
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to both internal and external customers
- Support the communication of relevant information to staff, residents and visitors
- Provide general clerical support to the management team, as required
- Manage staff rosters and back fill shifts
- Be contact for new admission enquires and provide tours to interested residents and their families
